Talk to your partner about what you know as soon as you can find a good way to do be open. Most partner who have been involved in an extramarital affair hope never to be discovered

Seeking  to catch your spouse in other lies which will only exacerbate your anger and increase resentment.  You need to approach this in ways that will build trust.

Don’t be surprised if instead you encounter defensiveness when you reveal that you have discovered the cheating on the text messages or emails or the list of phone calls.

Give your partner time to come clean.  Most partner’s want to stay in denial but when you know it won’t last too long.
