When to Consider Marriage Counseling
You probably need to work with a Marital Therapist if:
- Your communication isn’t working effectively and you feel distant and disconnected
- If the two of you have fights and either of you regret the next morning what was said
- Your sexual and intimacy level has decreased substantially and one of you is dissatisfied
- If either of you is wishing that you had not gotten married
- You or your partner has had a physical or emotional affair
